Elderly/Disabled
Personal Care Services are provided in the consumer's home. It is designed to help prevent the institutionalization of children and adults with disabilities and special needs.
Services provided to the individuals needing assistance include the following:
Eating, bathing, grooming, personal hygiene and activities of daily living. Other services may include assistance with meal preparations and chores that are essential to the consumer. It is our continuing effort to meet the needs of our consumers. The services provided to each consumer are set into a plan of action and are customized to meet each individual's needs.
Supervised Independent Living
This service provides assistance to those individuals with some independent skills, but requires support to continue to function independently in the community.
Other services provided through this program include: Attendent (PCS), In-Home Respite, Elderly Waiver, EPSDT PCS, Education Programs, CPR Training and DSW Training.
